
Roasted a honeynut squash and filled it with a salad I made earlier this week (kale, cherry tomatoes, green bell peppers, and roasted delicata squash), chopped up chicken meatballs that I also prepped earlier this week, and drizzled with salad dressing that I made earlier as well (tahini, olive oil, water, salt, pepper, cayenne, lemon juice, yogurt, and parmesan cheese).

I’ve never heard of Honey nut squash! Never seen it either! It sounds delicious though! As does your dish!
