Second one is starting to brown at the top. This plant sadly has been subject to higher than desired temperatures, but overall seems healthy

    A little light overload/ sunburn. I wouldn’t worry.

This coloration is because your chili produces anthocyanin, they do this as a protection if exposed to harsh light or other stress factors ex. cold weather or nutrient stress. It is normal and harmless (but an indication that your plant is stressed and you might want to take action), the chili will ripen as normal, but if there is a lot of anthocyanin in the fruit the final ripened color might be a bit darker then normal, this is fine too.
