Vegan Sheperd's pie! Whole tray is about 390 calories (with the ingredients i had) and weighs roughly one kg

(it looks like slop but i swear it tastes really good)

  • Steam the veggies (or sautee them in the tomato sauce w/o oil)
    -make potato puree with the low fat greek yogurt and almond milk
    -spread the puree onto the veggies into a glass container and bake at 200°C for ~25 min
