I don’t do as much cake decorating anymore because of arthritis issues so now the grandkids get the popular “overload” style 😆 one granddaughter loves a strawberry cake/cream cheese frosting combo, so she requested that yesterday for her birthday. it is three layer, with fresh chopped berries in the frosting between the layers. i hand molded chocolates and drizzled whole berries with chocolate as well. i made mini cheesecakes and put slices on top.
