My friend's freezer got warm then refroze so her raspberries became a solid block. She decided to just put it in a bowl with cream and chip away at it while it thawed.

I’ve become a big fan of frozen raspberries.
Throw a bunch of them on the tray. Drizzle over melted dark chocolate. Sprinkle coconut shavings on top.
If you want even more fiber, add a small amount of chia seeds and nuts of your choice (even though pecans are primo)
