If you remove the top, it’s easily manageable with two people. We did it with two guys smaller than you.

Congrats, make sure you guys pick it up at the ash tray and at the back of the Kamado. Do not lift on the sides. There a plenty of good videos on youtube to show this.
Happy grilling!

I made a grill chariot with couple of 2×4’s and a 2×6 and some all thread and nuts and washers. Clamp it around the grill and you have 4 big handles you can use
My wife and son and I carried my BJ2 up my yard and deck with it. Very secure

I recently got a big Joe, underestimated the size compared to my sliding door. So for now it’s a garage kamado… which has its pluses and minuses. But yes trying to decide if I need the kamado chariot to carry it around back, through the gate, and up the hill to the patio….
Congrats! I love mine, way more efficient than any other grill/smoker I’ve had. And I have a problem with “collecting” grills/smokers.

Get a wrench and move it solo. I did.
