This recipe is quick, foolproof, and unbelievably delicious—even for those who normally don’t like garlic!

Ingredients:
• 1 whole garlic bulb, peeled
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• Enough olive oil (cooking-grade) to almost cover the garlic
• 1 block cream cheese (300–400 g)
• Fresh or dried parsley & cilantro, chopped (to taste)
• Salt & black pepper (to taste)
• Paprika granules (for garnish)
• Bread of choice: sourdough baguette, toast, pita, or lavash

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F).
2. Place the peeled garlic cloves in an oven-safe dish. Add sesame seeds and pour in olive oil until the garlic is almost covered.
3. Roast for 10–12 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
4. On a plate, place the cream cheese block. Spoon the roasted garlic and sesame mixture on top (reserve a little oil for garnish).
5. Add chopped parsley and cilantro, then season with salt and black pepper. Mash and spread the mixture evenly.
6. Drizzle with the reserved garlic oil and sprinkle paprika on top.
7. Serve with toasted sourdough baguette, regular toast, pita chips, or crispy lavash.

Tip: No oven? You can sauté the garlic with sesame in a pan on low heat until golden and soft—works just as well!
