
Noms for when I get ready in the morning.
Yoghurt, chia seeds, ground flax, milk, kefir, chai sachet, touch of honey and strawberries.
I forgot to add pumpkin seeds.
In between groceries right now so I don’t have other fruits.
Usually I use Greek yoghurt or skyr. The kefir and milk are used to hydrate the chia.
The chai sachet adds a little spice. When ai run out I will use cinnamon, nutmeg and maybe all spice.
I think I can do this savoury as well. Use Za’atar, cilantro, dill and mint maybe. Will report back once I get it nailed.
