Christmas Macarons ❄️

Proud of my macarons this year and my first attempt royal icing macs.

The snowmen were a bit darker than I would’ve liked but I’ve since purchased a white gel with titanium dioxide.

Also, forgot where the post went – but thank you to the user who shared their Christmas flavours and said pistachio. I’m so minted out from Christmas’ past.
