Do customers really notice branded cups, or are plain ones just as good?

I run a small coffee shop, and I’m trying to find out if customers really care about branded cups. Right now, I order branded cups from WF Plastic. The quality is great, but their plain cups cost a lot less. Before I make a switch, I want to know if the branding actually matters to people or if most customers don’t even notice.

As a customer, do you notice when a café uses branded cups? Does it make the place feel more professional or memorable, or do you barely notice? If your favorite coffee shop switched to plain cups, would that change how you feel about the brand?
