Awesome video! Great work on everything. I wanted to say, you could put a damp paper towel or kitchen towel under your cutting board when you chop so it doesn’t slide around. I also like to put a folded up clean kitchen towel under my corn cobs when I cut them. They won’t slip around or get smushed kernels.
