    Great meal both health wise and everything else wise!

    BUT our bodies require a variety of nutrients. No one meal captures everything. We should eat a variety of healthy meals (and even a few unhealthy ones), which means never repeating the same meal over and over like this.

    You should get a can of black or pinto beans for less than $2 at the local grocery store, add half a can in with this. Also, do you eat it dry? No sauce?

    Oh this is a fun dish to fixate on! I made slop bowls at home the other day with my own rendition of spicy honey chicken and steak and every topping and sauce imaginable. I thought I made enough for a few nights but my sons devoured it in one sitting. It was incredibly tasty and I imagine it would take a long time to get sick of it because you can customize every bowl.

    Me with tuna poke bowls. Ate one a day all summer and went from 145 to 100 lbs. Five years later I’m back to junk food but I can’t get the weight back on.
