Every muffaletta that doesn’t come from Napolean House, is the wrong muffaletta to be eating. I feel like Parasol’s has fallen off quite a bit in the last few years.

Best po’ boy of my life was there 6 years ago the firecracker shrimp po’ boy. Went twice that week.

It looks great! But not like a traditional mufalletta. It is typically pressed overnight and some of the bread is soaked in juices or condiments. Lending it to a more compressed shape and with more meats
