It’s raw but I accidentally said medium once and this is how I basically got it but mine was cooked slightly longer. I didn’t wanna make a fuss since I chose to order it like that so I sucked it up and ate the majority of it. Yours however was basically seared on each side then they took it off never letting the meat actually cook.
