Hello friends! In this video, I’m sharing an ancient Tuscan soup recipe. Tuscan Ribollita is a delicious soup with cavolo nero, Savoy cabbage, and beans. It’s the perfect lunch or dinner for the whole family. I often make it in the fall and winter. It’s a healthy, filling, and completely plant-based dish! This delicious soup is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Simply chop the vegetables and cook in the pot! I used fresh beans, but you can use pre-cooked ones to save some time. Ingredients:
– 1 onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– 2 carrots
– 1 celery stalk
– 1 bunch cavolo nero
– Half a Savoy cabbage
– 250 ml tomato puree
– 4 cherry tomatoes
– 1 chili pepper
– 1 sprig rosemary
– Salt and pepper
– Olive oil
– Parmesan cheese (optional)

Hello everyone and welcome! Celery. 2 carrots. From which country are you watching my channel? 🙂 1 onion. 2 cloves of garlic. Rosemary + 1 chilli. Salt and pepper. Brown for a few minutes. 2 potatoes. 250 ml (1 cup) of tomato sauce. Half savoy cabbage. 1 bunch of black cabbage. 4 cherry tomatoes. Cover with hot water. Salt and pepper. Cover and cook for at least 1 hour. 500 g (1 lb) of beans. Take half. You can also use canned beans. Blend the other half of the beans. Season with salt and pepper. Parmesan (optional). Olive oil. Perfect!

  7. I make beans and greens soup all the time, and have some in my fridge now. I leave out potato to keep it lower carb. I also add 2 bay leaves and Italian seasoning. ❤

  8. The soup looks very good. What doesn't look good is your poor excuse for a recipe. You do not even list the beans and potatoes. Surely you can do better than that.
