Hey! I had this pasta around six months ago in a place that I probably won’t ever return to.. but this pasta is on my mind at least once a week and I have no idea how to replicate it. It has pears and walnuts in it, but I can’t remember what the filling in the pasta is! Posting anyway as it’s beautiful lol. Genuinely the best thing I’ve ever eaten.

With that sauce some kind of cheesy filling would probably go well
Do you remember the name of the restaurant? Or the small town? Was there a culinary theme?
With walnut and pear it would have to be gorgonzola filling or similar.
