Those look amazing! How do you like operating out of a ghost kitchen?
Damn nice hard fry on that coating! And, while a small touch, I love the idea of lemon wedges. You always see that with seafood, but would go great with both Garlic Parm and anything lemon oriented!
What do bring for the “sweet” and “spicy” with the lemon pepper? Very intriguing…
