Was supposed to bring our "signature party dish" for a work christmas party and I made (for the first time so kinda cheating on the signature but I do like duck) duck breast, Chevre goat cheese and arugula/rocket (I couldnt get spinach in time to cook it or Chives) crostinis

    Were they tricky to eat? They look too large for 1 mouthful and the duck too thick(a great problem to have) to take a bite?

  5. How was the feedback? I feel like I would get a lot of pushback about serving “raw” meat if I tried that.

    EDIT: To be clear I would absolutely eat all of this.
