Trying to figure out the name of this dish

Made this dish a couple years ago and haven’t been able to locate my recipe for it ever since. I know it contained short ribs(flanken style), frijoles, and potatoes. I believe also grilled Mexican green onions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanced
