I have recently just started to take up baking as a hobby. I had no idea how much went into it to get things exactly correct but I’ve been having a lot of fun learning new things and enjoying all of the bread I’ve been making. This is my 3rd attempt at bagels and I can see the crumb improving! Any and all advice is more than welcome!

    I’ve baked a lot of stuff, never done bagels, but I’d say that’s more than an attempt. That’s what I expect to see when I cut open a bagel. Good job!
