have had this for a few months and finally got a chance to open it.
On the nose, I get honey and rich luscious fruit. Maybe some minerality but overall pretty savory
On the palette, lots of savory honey note on the front. Midway and to the finish I detect a bit more minerality on the finish. Finish is nice and long. The description from Kermit Lynch says the wine has a faint spice note but I cannot detect it except maybe on the finish.
Overall an excellent Pinot Gris from an excellent producer. I do not think I have ever had anything bad or even mediocre from Albert Boxler. Will continue to buy their stuff in the future.

Agree. Boxler makes incredible stuff. We always have a bottle of the Edelzwicker on hand. Crazy QPR. Just picked up a bottle of his Cremant, have heard it’s stellar.
