I've tried more hot sauces than some people even knew existed, and after over 20 years of trying new ones, i found my holy grail. this Canadian company makes the best hot sauces. My favorite is the one on the right, black garlic and chocolate habanero. The truffle is a close second. The guy who makes these likes to keep them small batch but he's got a lot of other unique flavors. Maximum heat while still having amazing flavors. Has anyone ever tried these ??

Ive tried about 6 of his flavours. The lemon grass one is unreal. Theyve all got shitake extract in them so you just gotta watch out for mushroom allergies.
