Essentially it’s meatballs in a white gravy, mashed potatoes, and some kind of fruit sauce?
It was so delicious!
The chimney cake is where dough is wrapped around a hot coal then dipped in sugar and is then filled. I got a vanilla filling but they also had a biscoff, peanut butter, and plum filling

Ostensibly lingonberry/cranberry jam. Looks like a Swedish/Scandinavian/etc. dish, which is obviously closely linked to German cuisine. Would love to know more about vegan white gravy. (Though unfortunately it’s ultimately always too time-intensive or dependent on difficult-to-store/portion ingredients for a quick meal.)
Highly recommend lingonberry jam for sweet-and-savoury dishes. It’s a vital condiment for my favourite seitan-root-stew.
Looks so good!!
I just ate a huge meal, but I would find space for both of those
Germany looks like vegan heaven
The vegan salami and ham options in the grocery store are to die for 😭 I brought back like 10 packs from my recent trip.
