    I chatted with them about this yesterday– it is ok and can be bypassed. It is a glitch with the promo code

    It does this even when there is no promo code. I bought a 3rd party OL machine and it does this since Big Brother doesnt have record of my purchase of an OL machine, it only knows about my Vertuo. I just ignore it and press continue.

    The second screen shot shows 2 items in your cart under accessories, what is the second item? Did you maybe add the OL free sample to your cart and it’s just not showing in the picture?

    I got this alert without using a promo code, and it turned out it was because I had previously purchased OL pods, but when I switched to a VL machine, the system didn’t update (no idea why because I bought the machine directly from Nespresso). After a few purchases, it dropped off.
