To make an authentic Italian Tuna Salad with simple, fresh ingredients! This Mediterranean-style salad features tuna, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, capers, fresh herbs, and a zesty lemon-olive oil dressing. It’s healthy, protein-packed, and ready in under 10 minutes—perfect for meal prep, lunch, or a quick dinner, providing easily up to 50gram of raw protein for the body.

Ingredients:
Tuna 1 Can (Drained 130gm)
Cherry Tomatoes 1 cup
White onion 1 small (Chopped)
Celery rib 1 (chopped)
Bell Pepper 1/4 cup
Corn 3 Tbsp
Pickled Cucumber (Gerkins) 1/4 cup
Black Olives 2 Tbsp
Capers 1.5 Tbsp
Fresh Parsley

Dressing:
Olive oil 35 ml
Fresh Lemon juice 2 Tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar 1.5 Tbsp
Black pepper Crushed (as per taste)
Salt (as per taste)
Basil 1 Tsp
Combine all these ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
Dressing for salad is ready.

Directions.
– Drain the can of Tuna.
– Combine all the above ingredients in a big bowl.
– Pour dressing on top and mix.
-Add some fresh parsley and serve.
