    All that looked extremely delicious, and it made me hungry rn, but perhaps a bit lacking on the protein side?

    Don’t mind me! I’m having *[checks plate]*

    * Three random-sized unpeeled chunks of carrot with a scoop of hummus
    * One piece of flatbread with some avocado and some black sesame seeds
    * Half a watermelon
    * Half a banana
    * One hard-boiled egg

    for breakfast!

    I’m also an enjoyer of raw veggies so I love to see the representation! Looks delicious!

    Hey. It’s me again. I feel like the protein comment spiraled and was maybe afraid you might’ve taken it as a personal attack or critique of you or something along those lines, and perhaps discourage you. I hope not, because those dishes you posted look really fucking nice and they are super healthy. So please continue with what you’re doing, you’re probably eating healthier than 90% of americans and making it look like extremely appetizing as well.

  5. Looks good. One thing I noticed is the rice in day 1’s lunch looks like white rice. Ideally, it should be whole grain, but once in a while white rice is ok (and I’ll add while you’re starting/transitioning into MD).

    I’d recommend brown jasmine rice. It doesn’t get much mention in this sub, but I use it all the time.

    Looks delicious. I am incorporating Mediterranean diet into my meals little by little and I am happy to see I am not the only one buying store bought entrees.
