One of my favorite meals is a breakfast sandwich made with half a toasted bagel, 1 egg + 2 whites, a slice of bacon and a slice of cheese, plus a handful of blackberries. A very satiating and satisfying meal for 355 cals and 24g protein 🙂

I could never deprive myself of full-fat foods – rarely are their replacements as delicious and filling! As long as I'm conscious about portion size, it's still easy to stay within my daily calorie budget.

Any others here with the same kind of ethos about your food?

    Right there with you. I made sourdough English muffins with an egg, sharp cheddar from a block of cheese, and a slice and a half of bacon. Some things aren’t worth cutting the fat from for volume.

    Especially yogurt. 2% is okay, fat free is a crime. It needs some fat.
