Vintage ceramic pie plates with recipes printed on the inside were primarily manufactured in the 1970s and 1980s. The plates come in a wide array of recipes (apple, cherry, pumpkin, pecan, quiche, cheesecake, etc.) and designs, which makes the hunt for specific variations an engaging part of the hobby.

Still have (and use) the pecan pie one! My husband asked for a pecan pie as his groom cake😆 He found the pie plate and gave it to me for the sweet memory.
Hooo! I have the pecan pie plate and the green apple pie plate!
I do! I have the pumpkin and cherry ones so far!
Oh my god. I don’t collect them, but my mom ran ceramics classes in the 80s and made a TON of these. She always had to keep a bunch of the decals on hand because everyone wanted to make them and they were a pretty good starter project. Memories ❤️❤️
I grab them when I find them but only have the pumpkin so far. Don’t thrift as much as I did before.
My mother has several of these an gets my wife and daughter one whenever she finds them at estate sales.
I want to get one made with my mother apple pie recipe on it, there is no better apple pie on this planet.
MEEEE!! These ones r so pretty!
My mum has the pumpkin pie one, the one in the top row. She never made a pumpkin pie in it though afaik. It was regularly used for an apple upside down cake.
My Mom picked up a beaut recently, but I don’t have the storage space for them, not really.
