Skirt steak showdown….

Salt, pepper garlic (left)

Vs

Red wine based marinade (right)

Decide to mix it up and try to do a marinade for skirt steak. Salt pepper garlic had better crust and beefy flavor was more apparent.

Marinated version was good, but would probably go better with a more "boring" cut

Winner: SPG

    Looks delicious! Never tried a red wine marinade, just reduced red wine pan sauce
