Can anyone identify this model? I’ve never seen one without the dimpled outside texture.

    That would be a Kettle Joe, so similar in cooking style to a Weber Kettle.

    Great info, and thank you. I didn’t get the steal of a deal that I thought, but basically paid full price for a quality grill. I’ll still call that a win haha, cheers!

  3. I use the kettle Joe with the slo-roller on, but no deflector plate for direct low heat with short ribs. South American style grilling. Also, Weber kettle 22” rotisserie fits nice (I use Only Fire brand from Amazon).
