Easy clean. Wait until it cools down, sprinkle on baking soda then spray vinegar over it. Let it fizz and sit for a while then wipe it up. Follow with a damp cloth wipe to remove vinegar smell and then buff gently with microfiber cloth for that sexy shiny clean look.

If you put a little cooking oil on your finger and run it around the inner top rim of the pan it keeps things from boiling over . Pasta will not boil over if you do this .
