Breakfast: French toast with cinnamon & erythritol, feta cheese & blueberry jam (this is a classic combination in my country, don't knock it til you try it)
I added too much liquid to the egg so the french toast wasn't perfect, but it'll be a lesson for next time lol

Lunch: Lentil Coconut Curry with potatoes and cauliflower (this was specially tracked by me so no ingredients, but if you want the info for the whole dish I'll reply in the comments)

"Dinner": Veggie Fruit plate. I really do love my veggie fruit plates… & My first successful chocolate ice milkshake (ice cream basically) since getting a freezer! It was really great and high volume but unfortunately I dont know if my nutribullet will be able to handle the ice… I also add some lebkuchen spice mix, it literally tastes like a lebkuchen (plus some sweetener and vanilla essence)

    Low-key my cooking is so fucking shit. People are out here feasting on 1.2k cals while I’m eating fucking starvation rations. I gotta get my low cal cooking game up, this is diabolical and ur day looks incredible
