Σίγουρα είναι μια νόστιμη σούπα λαχανικών.Οι φακές ομως δεν ειναι ο πρωταγωνιστής άρα δεν ειναι σούπα φακής.Εδω την φτιάχνουμε με προσθηκη καρότου,σέλινου( βολβό και φύλλα ),σκόρδο ολόκληρο. Στα 250γρ φακής βάζω 5 ολοκληρες σκελίδες σκόρδου που λιώνουν και δινουν το υπέροχο άρωμα τους και αποκλειστικά παρθένο ελαιόλαδο χωρίς βούτυρο. Εγω προσωπικά δεν προσθέτω ούτε πάστα ντομάτας, το προτιμώ λευκό με τη φακή να υπερισχύει ολων.

I love Lentils. I make a lentil soup very different then this. However, it looks delcious defiantely going to try the oyster sauce the addiction of mushrooms I love them and pumpkin is very interesting . Also I use onion but not red so this should be insteresting .
