I forgot to add the lemon juice until later in this recipe. Otherwise followed to a T. Is it still ok?

I would say it’s probably fine. If you heat the juice it shouldn’t decrease the acidity of the juice. It would evaporate some of the liquid out that could change the concentration. Since it’s only three tablespoons, maybe cook it a bit more! I would go for it. (Or freeze if you’re concerned!)
As long as the lemon juice is in there and you stirred it really well after adding it, it’s fine. That’s a great recipe, enjoy !
Safety wise its fine. However pectin can be picky if you added the lemon juice at the wrong time the pectin might not work properly and your jam may not set.
