Greek yoghurt mixed with garlic and a touch of salt, topped with poached eggs and chilli oil, served with wholemeal pitta.

In the original Turkish recipe I think you are meant to use butter with Aleppo chilli, but I’m lazy and use Sichuan chilli crisp.
