ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WIS) – One of five suspects in a deadly Orangeburg County drive-by shooting is now facing more charges.
The Orangeburg Department of Public Safety said 19-year-old Tristian Mack is charged with breach of peace in connection with a Nov. 14 incident at the Food Lion on Chestnut Street.
Mack was already in custody for a shooting that killed 21-year-old Kyree Walker on Nov. 17.

Authorities said Mack and 21-year-old Tejari Riley got into an argument at the store that led to Riley pulling out a gun and firing one shot before both ran out of the store.
Warrants also state Mack, while armed, allegedly tried to find Riley after the shot was fired. No injuries were reported.
Riley was arrested three days later and charged with breach of peace of a high and aggravated nature.

That same day, the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office said Walker was shot on Mingo Street. Walker was reportedly shot in the face and was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
While arrests were made in the days since, Mack spent nearly a month on the run before turning himself in on Dec. 8.
Mack and the other suspects in the Walker murder case are being held at the Orangeburg County Detention Center.
