– 1.5 Cup fine bulgur
– 1.5 Cup hot water

Ingredient B:
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Onion
– Tomato paste
– Mint
– Ground cumin
– Red pepper flakes
– Black pepper
– Salt

Ingredient C:
– Pomegranate sauce
– Lemon juice
– Parsley

Romaine hearts lettuce

1. Combine ingredient A and cover with lid or plate. Wait until bulgur is softened
2. Cook ingredient B until fragrant
3. Add together ingredient A, B and C (you can add more salt and olive oil accordingly to your taste)
4. Served with romaine hearts lettuce
