Has a little bit more fat than I want, but should be able to trim it up and smoke it on Christmas Eve and grind the trim into some burgers, but 3.28/lb is too good to pass up when I have room in the freezer

I’ve never been a fan of Walmarts meat, at least in my area. Even their prime isn’t great. Meanwhile the butcher down the road has better choice than Walmarts prime.
