Your version looks delicious. I remember when McDonald’s introduced the Big Mac. It was .35 cents and if you could recite the jingle you got it for a quarter.

It was kind of a tradition to make Big Macs at every restaurant I worked at out of what they had on hand, and I do it at home every once in a while. It’s always massively better than McDonalds. Such a good concept, executed as poorly as possible. Yours looks great!
