I used the same guide, it is really good with instructions. I did run into a few challenges getting the egg yolks to absorb so used the paddle attachment on the 1st dough and did need to cool down the dough. I soaked my fruit in Grand Marnier and used Fiori di Sicilia instead of vanilla to enhance the orange flavor. I’m planning and making again this coming weekend and will put the sugar topping on this time. Best of luck!

I used to make bread pudding with egg nog for the holidays but I seem to be the only person that likes bread pudding, so I stopped making it. You did a really fantastic job! Delicious looking bread! 👏🏼
