    Medium-rare would certainly be cooked a bit more than that.

    Either the lighting or the filter on this makes it almost impossible to tell. That steak also looks like it’s been cut and sitting for a long time, like the juices look tacky. Just eat the damn steak when it is delicious and adjust cooking time based on that.

    Maybe don’t use a filter if you want your steak judged.

    Crust look like it you would benefit from the use of a steak weight. Cook looks fine, but based on the texture of the meat (the color is hard to gauge) it looks rare. But rare is fine and as long as you liked it, who cares?
