This is a lighter take on traditional fried chicken.
Here, the chicken is the real hero — not a thick, oily coating.
It’s lightly crispy on the outside, incredibly juicy on the inside, with just enough spice to take it straight to food happiness.

It uses only a handful of ingredients and is very easy to make.
If you love chicken, this one is absolutely worth trying.

    **Ingredients**

    * 5 chicken drumsticks (about 700g)
    * 1 cup Korean frying mix
    * 2 tbsp curry powder
    * 2 tbsp smoked paprika
    * Salt & pepper
    * Canola oil (for frying)

    **Prepare the Dry Spice Mix**

    1. In a large bowl, add the Korean frying mix.
    2. Add curry powder and smoked paprika.
    3. Mix well until evenly combined.

    **Chicken**

    1. Slice into the drumsticks and open the meat slightly — this helps the spices penetrate and cooks the chicken faster.
    2. Season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
    3. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the dry spice mix.
    4. Heat canola oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
    5. Fry the chicken in batches until golden, lightly crispy, and fully cooked through.
    6. Plate up and **ENJOY JOY!** 🍗✨

    If you want it spicier, add chili flakes or cayenne to the mix — easy upgrade, big reward.
