I actually just grilled a totally frozen chuck roast and I am amazed at how it came out. Cooked it on my Weber kettle, with charcoal on one side, vent on the other, and let it do its thing for about an hour. Then I seared it and I’m very happy with the results. Yes, some of it is well, some of it is medium. I’m fine with that and I expected it, but not a single bite is dry.
That’s a beautiful roast. I’d have a hard time deciding how to cook it.
