Idk if this is "kosher" or not but I made a jjigae with ground pork and noodles instead of rice on the side. Didn't feel like waiting an hour on the rice cooker after the day I had at work..

Does this still count or no go?

I am not authority, but it looks good.

I made budae jigae for the first time tonight. I used Maangchi’s recipe as a starting point and adjusted to personal tastes. I used mild gochujang and paprika instead of gochugaru. It was delicious!

Italians will put you on hit list

    And Koreans will

왜? 그냥 돼지 밥을 훔쳐먹지 뭐하러 만들어 먹냐?

Sure why not 🤷🏻‍♀️ people add saris (사리 meaning (extra) coil of noodles) to many jiigaes all the time. Udong, ramyun, kalgooksoo (knife cut flour noodles, dangmyun (glass noodles) etc. yours look good too!

  4. Throw in some SPAM and you’ll have a hearty, decent army stew
