3 cups all-purpose flour (400 g)
1 tsp instant yeast (3 g)
1 tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients together.
1 ¼ cups water (300 ml)
Mix well so there are no white lumps.
Cover and rest for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle flour on your work surface.
Transfer the dough onto the surface.
Divide into 4 equal pieces.
Place on a baking sheet and cover with a kitchen towel.
Let rest for about 30 minutes.
Pour a little water on the edges of the baking sheet.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 465 °F (240 °C) for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove the parchment and bake for another 10–15 minutes.
