

Process for meal:
Cut down 4 pieces of thin sliced chicken breast to 4 oz pieces for exact calories
Mix 56 grams of panko bread crumbs with 4 tbsp of parmesan and some paprika
Beat an egg and some Louisiana hot sauce together
Dry chicken breasts with a towel then salt and dip in egg wash then coat with bread crumbs
Bake in oven for 24 minutes at 420 degrees on a parchment paper lined sheet pan for easy cleanup
Mix 80 grams of keto honey with plenty of cayenne pepper and a splash of hot sauce, heat over the lowest setting on stove while chicken cooks
Once chicken is done brush with sauce
The cauliflower is just steamed with half a tablespoon of margarine and salt
