Decided to pull out a 34 year old Can on this fine Monday. Graphite and cocoa on the nose, leathery, vanilla and still a touch of fruit on the palate. Still drinking pretty well, given the age. I picked up 5 for $200 at auction, and this still seems to have enough life in it that I won't need to rush to drink the other four.

I was at their vineyard in March and wow, so good. They were so generous with their time, and they shared several of their older vintages with us. I love their mission of supporting brain health and finding a cure.
Congrats on a great wine!
I love staglin! Real old school Napa wines.
Their Sangiovese is also stellar
