• 1 fresh porcino mushroom (sliced)
• 15 g dried porcini mushrooms
• 160 g Carnaroli rice
• 30 g butter
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 small shallot, finely chopped
• ½ glass dry white wine
• 1 liter vegetable broth
• 30 g Parmigiano Reggiano
• Salt & black pepper
