    It’s perfect. The sausage to gravy ratios, the layers of the biscuits, the crispiness of the bacon. I want this so bad 😩

    Here’s the gravy recipe if anyone is interested! Biscuit recipe is shared under an above comment.

    1 pound pork sausage

    2 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

    2 1/2 cups half and half

    1 Tablespoon butter

    1/8 teaspoon dried thyme

    1/8 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary

    1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes(I use much more but that’s my family’s preference)

    freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Instructions

    Brown sausage in a large saucepan.

    Use a paper towel to blot out most of the grease from the pan.

    Add flour, butter, and half & half.

    Cook on medium-low, stirring often, for several minutes until thickened.

    Add thyme, rosemary, red pepper flakes and black pepper.

    Serve over warm biscuits.

    It’s a southern joke people don’t attack me. Most of us say if you cut an artery here in the south white pepper gravy would pour out.

    This looks amazing I both love and hate you, because now I’m gonna need breakfast for dinner tonight! I’ll have to tape my eyelids open for my shift or I’ll end up finding a warm corner and curling up and falling asleep.
