I wouldn’t even say overcooked honestly…I love a good medium (plus) steak as much as I love med rare. Maybe the photo makes it look a little more done but the crust looks awesome.

I’d rather a medium with a crust like that than a medium rare with no sear.

Nah that’s perfect!!! If it has that much marbling it’s great to cook it a little longer than a fillet.
